You're post seemed to be a lot of QQ, but I'll respond. I've said this before: the biggest mistake IMO was not so much releasing a dedicated server as early as they did, but allowing (and partnering with?) hosting companies to run it. The game is NOT in a state that that should have even been considered. I do agree that the DS should have been in a 'testing only' state, not a full on "put in production" mode.
