[1.187.073] Particle effects issues

    I'm using an Nvidia 1080Ti with up to date drivers.

    When mining the dust etc stops after a time, as seen here:



    In my experience the effects only return if you go back the way you came. This vid was the latter half of 2 minutes further mining after above video:

    In addition, the Small grid Large Atmo thruster at full thrust burps out persistent idle engine glow rings when the miner bumps into voxels causing a spark.

    I am not able to reproduce it but I remember seeing some complaints about it in feedback from last MP test.

    I will be looking for it during next MP test.

    To reproduce the engine particle glitch:

    Create a Small grid flying miner craft with at least 4 large atmospheric engines for both the forward and backwards directions.
    set 2 of the four of both forward and backwards engines to max override.
    Begin slowly tapping to move and rclick mining underground. be careless and bump the drills into voxels.
