Introducing: Docker Windows Container for Space Engineers Dedicated Server.

This is a Space Engineers Dedicated Server docker image for Windows Containers, located here: https://hub.docker.com/r/pixpan/space-engineers/

Some features that separate this version from the pack:
    • Automated build pipeline with regular builds
    • Very minimal install using just Windows, Chocolatey, SteamCMD
    • Image transparency: Everything but startup script pulled with Dockerfile and kept at GitHub
    • Container redeploy checks for updated Dedicated Server and installs automatically
    • Entire pipeline is easily forkable. Uses GitHub -> Travis-CI -> Docker Hub

This is based on the microsoft/windowsservercore:1803 windows container. To create test environment, there are a couple of options:

    • For Windows 10: install Docker (tested with 18.06.0). Right click on the docker icon and choose "Switch to Windows containers..."
    • For Windows Server 2016 or Server Core: install Docker EE.

Then, follow the instructions on the docker hub page.

If you decide to give this a go, please provide some feedback so I can improve the build.
