hey - i have been having these now for a while - thought i would mention it and see if anyone knows what it is - if its anything that can be done anything about ? or its something that will be done something about - or if i fail at computers and need to upgrade my noob rig.
the dots appear mostly when moving but are also visible when far away looking at something.

Up close (tried to move - a few dots showed up - now picture this all the time - flickering randomly on the block joints)

there are not that many there (but as said - when moving it flickers randomly where blocks join up)

    Anyone seen this ?
