    1. Always use the search function before posting (try not to make duplicates) and try our Troubleshooting Guide(https://forum.keenswh.com/forums/gameplay-help-and-troubleshooting.420016/) first. An answer to your problem may be there.

    2. Try to provide exact description of the situation in which the bug occurs.

    Revision:
    - When you are in the menu or press ESC in the game there will be series of numbers in the right bottom corner of the screen.

    Repro steps:
    1.
    2.
    3.
    - When you know what you have done write repro steps for easier testing.

    Description:
    - You can add more info here if you feel like it will help us in finding out what happened.

    3. Please add screenshots with an issue if you can because it's easier to reproduce your issue.

    4. Post log files along with description, they can be found here: C:\Users\{YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME}\AppData\Roaming\MedievalEngineers\
    We need MedievalEngineers.log and VRageRender-DirectX11.log.
    Simply paste this into your Explorer: %appdata%\MedievalEngineers.
    The log files should be from the game session where you've encountered the bug. If you start the game again, the logs will be overwritten.
    Post log files to www.pastebin.com and then share the link here on the forum.

    5. When a crash occurs during Alt + Tabing (or the game did not launch at all) also attach an event viewer log*

    6. If the bug is world specific, please upload the world to Steam workshop or to https://www.dropbox.com/ or any other cloud share site. Then post the link into the thread.
    You can find save files here: C:\Users\{YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME}\AppData\Roaming\MedievalEngineers\Saves\{YOUR STEAM ID}. There you can find saves from your game. Please use zip or rar software to package files that you want to send us. There can be a problem when packing your save because of backup saves - they can increase file size tremendously.


    * OBTAINING EVENT VIEWER LOG:
    Please open the Event Viewer (From the start menu, type Event Viewer). In Event Viewer go to Windows Logs, Application and send the top ".NET Runtime" error from Application: MedievalEngineers.exe to our support email.
    In order to do this right, please follow very carefully these steps:
    1) Select the correct file on the left side (Application)
    2) Select first the .NET runtime error from top (Using default ordering)
    3) Copy the large bottom text and send it to our mail or here on forum. Note: make sure that the info is from the Application: MedievalEngineers.exe
